Kontron AG Expands Management Board

Kontron AG, a leading global IoT technology company, has announced the expansion of its management team. Philipp Schulz and Dr. Johannes Fues have been appointed to the management board. Schulz will lead the Aerospace/Defense and North America divisions, while Dr. Fues will head the GreenTec division.

Philipp Schulz has been with Kontron since October 2022 and has led the North American division since January 2024. His previous experience includes various management roles at voestalpine AG over a 15-year period.

Dr. Johannes Fues has a background in management consultancies focusing on restructuring and transformation. As CFO of KATEK SE since 2018, Fues managed financial, environmental, social affairs, and corporate governance (ESG).

Additionally, the contract of Michael Riegert, COO and head of the Industrial Division, has been extended by three years. This strategic decision further positions Kontron AG for future growth and innovation.
