Odiot Holding: Success of the Capital Increase to Stimulate its Growth
Odiot Holding announced a successful capital increase, approved by the Board of Directors on February 7, 2025. The amount raised amounts to €2.16 million, strengthening the company's development prospects. Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat and AMC High Yield European Growth are among the major contributors. These funds will be used to optimize production, acquire new machines, and hire staff.
