Lagardère SA Reports Half-Year Liquidity Contract Update

Lagardère SA announced its half-year liquidity contract statement for the first half of 2025, conducted with BNP Paribas Financial Markets. As of June 30, 2025, resources include 23,683 shares and €598,118. During this period, there were 833 buy transactions and 683 sell transactions executed.

In the first half of the year, the company traded 78,593 shares on the buy side for €1,590,979 and 79,453 shares on the sell side for €1,618,528. Compared to the previous balance sheet ending December 31, 2024, share and cash resources have shifted slightly from 21,843 shares and €620,643.

Since the inception of the liquidity contract on September 19, 2022, with an initial resource of €1,000,000 and no shares, the contract continues to facilitate market stability and liquidity for Lagardère's shares.
