HomeToGo Completes Acquisition of Interhome
HomeToGo SE, a leading European vacation rental group, has successfully closed its acquisition of Interhome, the second-largest vacation rental management company in Europe. The deal, announced on August 29, 2025, marks a significant expansion for HomeToGo, enabling further consolidation of its market position.
HomeToGo plans to evaluate the purchase's impact on its financial year 2025 outlook and will release updated guidance shortly. This acquisition is expected to leverage HomeToGo's existing technological solutions, combining its B2B software offerings with Interhome's established management services.
