HomeToGo's Q1/25 Performance: Moderate Growth Amid Challenges
HomeToGo SE has released its Q1/25 financial results, reporting a moderate growth in Booking Revenues by 5.7% year-over-year, reaching €88.1M. This growth was driven by high demand in Europe outside Germany, despite uncertainties due to early federal elections in February. The Booking Revenues Backlog increased by 20.4% YoY to €92.3M, ensuring strong visibility for the fiscal year 2025.
However, IFRS Revenues dipped by 5.4% to €34.4M, primarily affected by the late Easter impacting revenue recognition in Q2/25. Adjusted EBITDA declined by 31.8% to €(28.0)M, partly due to seasonal marketing investments and uncertainty in German travel demand.
Looking ahead, HomeToGo anticipates robust growth backed by strategic initiatives, a rebound in demand, and synergies from the anticipated acquisition of Interhome in Q2/25.
