Launch of the Paris Campus of CentraleSupélec by REALITES
November 4, 2024 marks the start of construction of the new Paris campus of CentraleSupélec. Located near the Porte d'Italie, this project is emblematic for its environmental ambition and its unique architecture, entrusted to the firm ORY.architecture. The site will offer a capacity of 1,350 people, complementing the school's other locations in France.
This campus supports CentraleSupélec's growth strategy, which is designed to accommodate more students and develop academic and industrial partnerships. It replaces the temporary premises rented in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
Built on a strategic site in Gentilly, the 5,710 m² building will rise over six floors, with green spaces covering 1,300 m², and will meet the strict BREEAM and HQE Sustainable Building environmental standards. Delivery is expected for December 2025 thanks to financing from La Banque Postale.
