Lazaros Kalemis Nominated as Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2024 Finalist
Lazaros Kalemis, CEO and Founder of Simpay, has been named a finalist in the Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2024 Greater Philadelphia Award. This announcement was made by Ernst & Young LLP (EY US). The awards, now in their 38th year, celebrate influential entrepreneurs who significantly impact sectors and communities.
An independent panel chose Kalemis based on his long-term value creation and entrepreneurial impact among other criteria. Kalemis detailed his journey from managing a simple one-bedroom business setup to heading Simpay, a company that now aids thousands of U.S. businesses with its innovative Total Business Solutions platform.
Winners of the regional awards will be announced on June 6, and will then be eligible for national recognition. The event emphasizes not only personal success but the broader contribution to entrepreneurial spirit across various sectors. National winners will be honored in November at the Strategic Growth Forum®, known for hosting high-growth companies.
