LCB obtains a permit for an Eco'City in Houdemont

Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) are continuing their expansion in the Grand Est region by obtaining a building permit in Houdemont, in the Greater Nancy metropolitan area. The project, worth over €20 million, involves the creation of 91 housing units on a plot of 11,500 m². A medical centre and a common room will complete the complex. LCB is already working with a social landlord to acquire their half of the lots.

The Eco'City focuses on urban revitalization and social diversity, with social and intermediate housing. The project stands out for its environmental performance, with wooden buildings, bio-sourced insulation, and green roofs. Work is expected to begin in 2025.
