LDC General Assembly: Access to Preparatory Documents
The LDC Group is holding its Combined General Meeting on August 21, 2025, in Sablé-sur-Sarthe. This meeting will be held at the Salle Bernard Saniard at 2:30 p.m. The notice of meeting was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on July 11, 2025. The participation and voting procedures are available in this notice.

At this Meeting, the distribution of a dividend of 1.55 euros per share will be proposed, with payment scheduled for August 28, 2025.
