LDC: Update on voting rights and shares as of October 31, 2024
LDC, based in Sablé-sur-Sarthe, has communicated the total number of its shares and voting rights as of October 31, 2024. LDC's share capital is made up of 35,270,866 shares.
The total number of gross voting rights amounts to 60,785,374, while the number of net voting rights is 60,132,090. These figures are declared in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
LDC reminds any holder of 2% of the capital or any multiple of this percentage that they must inform the company by registered letter within 15 days of this threshold crossing. Failing this, a sanction of suspension of voting rights is applicable.
