Le nouveau Star Investment Trust PLC propose un retour sur capital
New Star Investment Trust PLC (NSI) a annoncé une proposition de remboursement de capital à ses actionnaires. Le Conseil prévoit de distribuer 17 045 687 £ par le biais d'un plan d'actions B.
La procédure consistera à émettre une action nouvelle B par action ordinaire, qui sera rachetée en numéraire. L'approbation des actionnaires est requise et l'Assemblée générale aura lieu le 24 juillet 2024. En cas d'approbation, le produit sera d'environ 24 pence par action, à payer au plus tard le 8 août 2024.
Les détails et la justification du remboursement du capital seront fournis dans une circulaire qui devrait être publiée le 28 juin 2024. La réunion pour discuter de la proposition est prévue pour le 24 juillet 2024 au bureau de Londres de la société.
