Leifheit AG: Annual General Meeting Approves Total Dividend of EUR 1.05 Per Share

Leifheit AG's 2024 Annual General Meeting, held at the German National Library in Frankfurt am Main, approved a total dividend of EUR 1.05 per share for shareholders. This includes a standard dividend of EUR 0.95 and a special dividend of EUR 0.10. The Board of Management introduced a strategy focused on sustainable growth and cost efficiency at the meeting.

Chairman Alexander Reindler highlighted the company's new approach, emphasizing investments in the Leifheit brand, a robust focus on core categories, and the expansion of e-commerce. Additionally, Rüdiger Böhle and Larissa Böhm were elected to the Supervisory Board, bringing significant financial expertise to the team.

The company's financial outlook for 2024 forecasts a slight increase in turnover and EBIT ranging between EUR 10-12 million, with a positive free cash flow of approximately EUR 10 million. KPMG AG was appointed the auditor for the fiscal year.
