Les Constructeurs du Bois: Solid growth and increased profitability in the first half of 2024
Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) have published their half-year results for 2024, marked by strong growth in EBITDA (+44.6%) and a confirmed increase in turnover of €35 million forecast for 2025. Half-year turnover stands at €7.38 million, up 17.9% compared to the first half of 2023.
LCB posted a gross production margin of €2.40 million (+15.2%) and an operating profit of €1.16 million (+46.7%). Net profit reached €0.48 million, up 6.6% compared to the previous year. These results reflect an optimization of expenses and reinforced management of supplies.
LCB's equity increased by 56% to €4.93 million. Financial debts amount to €9.73 million, with debt controlled thanks to rigorous cash flow management.
With over 60 projects underway representing a business volume of €200 million by 2028, LCB anticipates continued growth. The recent drop in interest rates also reinforces the group's promising outlook.
