Number of Lhyfe shares and voting rights as of September 30, 2025

Lhyfe, an independent producer of green hydrogen, has published the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital as of September 30, 2025. According to Article 223-16 of the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers), the company had 48,082,596 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 81,019,729, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 80,999,979.

The difference between theoretical and exercisable voting rights stems from 19,750 treasury shares held by Lhyfe, which are therefore deprived of voting rights. This information follows Lhyfe's mission to decarbonize industry and mobility through green hydrogen.
