Lhyfe: Total number of shares and voting rights as of August 31, 2024

Nantes (France) – September 5, 2024 – Lhyfe (Euronext Paris - FR0014009YQ1 - LHYFE), an independent producer of green hydrogen, has announced the total number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital as of August 31, 2024. This is in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

As of August 31, 2024, the total number of shares was 47,943,848. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 82,148,784. The exercisable voting rights were 82,069,406, taking into account 79,378 treasury shares held by the company and therefore deprived of voting rights.
