LightOn: Stabilization Operations on Euronext Growth Paris

LightOn, a major player in European generative AI, has initiated stabilization operations following its first stock market entry on Euronext Growth Paris. Portzamparc, acting as the stabilizing agent, conducted these operations to ensure stability in LightOn's ordinary share prices, as outlined by the Market Abuse Regulation (EU No. 596/2014).

The issuance comprised 1,150,000 ordinary shares with a par value of EUR 0.01, offered at EUR 10.35 each. Stabilization activities by Portzamparc involved purchasing and selling shares from November 26 to December 4, 2024. Initial buying on November 26 led to a sell-off at higher prices on November 28. No further transactions were reported in the following days.

These measures aim to support the share price in its early market phase, reflecting Portzamparc's role in moderating market fluctuations.
