LIGHTON validates its IPO on Euronext Growth

LIGHTON, a company specializing in generative artificial intelligence, has received approval from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) for its registration document. This step marks the beginning of its IPO process on Euronext Growth. Paris. LIGHTON offers customized AI solutions, already adopted by large companies in France, the United States and EMEA.

The company is working with Orange Business and Hewlett Packard Enterprise to strengthen its growth through the indirect channel. It aims to reach a turnover of 40 million euros by 2027, with an EBITDA margin of 40%. A institutional investor has already subscribed to the amount of 3 million euros, or approximately 30% of the targeted capital increase.
