LION E-Mobility AG Secures Over 12 Million € Deal with KARSAN for Electric Bus Batteries

Zug, Switzerland, 1st March 2024 – LION E-Mobility AG, a Swiss-based leader in e-mobility and energy storage solutions, has marked a significant achievement by securing a deal worth more than 12 million euros with Turkish bus manufacturer, KARSAN. This contract further establishes LION's role in the electrification of public transport globally.

Under this agreement, LION Smart Production, a subsidiary of LION E-Mobility, will provide around 6 million euros in battery technology products in 2024, with an additional order potentially equal in value. This partnership highlights the trust in LION's advanced battery systems to fulfill the stringent demands of electric vehicle applications.
