Lonza Nominates Stephen Fry as Independent Board Member

Lonza Group AG has announced the nomination of Stephen Fry as an Independent Member of the Board. His election will be subject to the company’s Annual General Meeting in May 2026. If elected, Fry will further serve on the People and Governance Committee and the Audit and Compliance Committee. Fry brings over 30 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, notably with Eli Lilly and Company, where he played a significant role in organizational transformation.

Jean-Marc Huët, Chairman of the Board at Lonza, highlighted Fry's international experience and governance expertise. Fry’s contribution is expected to enhance Lonza’s performance culture and support its aim to attract and retain top talent. This strategic move aligns with Lonza’s commitment to maintaining high-performing teams in the global healthcare sector.
