L'Oréal: Declaration of voting rights and shares as of May 31, 2024

The company L'Oréal has communicated the total number of voting rights and shares making up its capital as of May 31, 2024. In application of articles L.233-8 II of the Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, the company declares a capital composed of 534,725,475 shares.

The actual number of voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, also amounts to 534,725,475. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, is identical, according to article 223-11 of the same General Regulations.
