This acquisition aims to unify communication, knowledge, workflows, and now physical workplace services into a single AI-driven experience.

The integration of Comeen's functionalities marks a strategic enhancement of LumApps' platform, promising improved space utilization and operational efficiency. With nearly 70% of senior leaders prioritizing employee engagement, LumApps addresses fragmented workplace services by embedding management tools directly into the daily work flow.

New features will include AI-assisted desk and meeting room management, digital signage, and integrated building services. The transaction is scheduled to complete in May 2026.
