MADE offers to take over and delist its shares
On October 30, 2025, NOVARC announced a voluntary tender offer for MADE shares at €12.00 per share. This offer targets the 381,442 shares not held by NOVARC, representing 29.77% of MADE's share capital. The objective is to delist MADE from the Euronext Access Paris market, provided that NOVARC acquires a 90% stake.
Trading in MADE shares has been suspended since October 29, 2025, throughout the offer period, from November 3 to December 5, 2025. Shareholders wishing to sell must submit their orders before the closing date for settlement expected from December 15, 2025.
The withdrawal will take place if NOVARC holds at least 90% of the share capital. All related documentation is available on the MADE website.
