Magna Terra Minerals Plans 2025 Exploration at Humber Project

Magna Terra Minerals Inc. has announced its exploration plans for 2025 at the 40,675-hectare Humber Copper-Cobalt Project in western Newfoundland. The strategy includes airborne magnetic and electromagnetic surveying, geochemical sampling, and geological mapping to identify sources of anomalous metal concentrations in lake sediments. The main focus is on the Hughes Lake Trend, an 8 km stretch showing anomalous copper and cobalt in soil samples.

Historic data reveals significant findings with up to 524 ppm copper and 111 ppm cobalt levels in soil samples. The company aims to collect about 1,700 new soil samples in Hughes Lake, allowing further exploration of elevated targets. Magna Terra highlights Newfoundland as a top-tier mining jurisdiction and stresses the project's potential for significant copper-cobalt mineralization.

The Humber Project offers shareholders exposure to critical metals essential for the energy transition, leveraging a sizable, royalty-free land package. The project is analogous to globally significant sediment-hosted stratiform copper deposits.
