The decision comes as Marvel opts out of its uranium properties in the Athabasca Basin, while still retaining key uranium assets like Elliott Lake.

The Blackfly Gold Project is located near Atikokan, Ontario, in a historic gold-mining area, showing significant gold mineralization potential. The Duhamel Project in Quebec offers promising opportunities in critical minerals due to increasing demand for battery metals.
