Mary E. Sweeney Appointed Senior Vice President of Human Resources at TridentCare

TridentCare, based in Sparks, Maryland, announces the appointment of Mary E. Sweeney as Senior Vice President of Human Resources since February 19, 2024. With a career rich in experiences in key areas of human resources such as recruitment, retention, organizational effectiveness, talent management, labor law and compliance, as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives, Sweeney brings valuable expertise to TridentCare.

Prior to joining TridentCare, Sweeney held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Experience at Arcadia University, where she focused on improving the experience of faculty and staff. Her previous experience also includes 22 years in the healthcare industry, including serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Regional CHRO for the Mid/South Atlantic regions at Trinity Health, where she aligned HR strategy with the organization's business strategy.
