Mawson Finland Limited Identifies Promising Geochemical Targets in Finland

Mawson Finland Limited reports significant soil geochemical findings at its Rajapalot gold-cobalt project in Finland. A comprehensive soil geochemical program using the Ionic Leach method has detected multiple zones enriched in gold and cobalt within the 10,204 hectare area. This discovery will be further explored with "bottom-of-till" (BOT) drilling to trace these anomalies to their potential bedrock sources.

A BOT drilling rig is expected on site by mid-December 2024, with four diamond drilling rigs scheduled for January 2025. These will execute a 12,000 to 15,000-meter drilling program by April 2025 to expand the inferred resource base and test newly identified exploration targets.

The Ionic Leach method, effective in regions with obscured bedrocks, identified areas enriched with gold, cobalt, and arsenic. These findings suggest potential blind mineralized systems beneath the surface. By corroborating these anomalies with BOT drilling results, Mawson aims to confirm these mineral deposits in the winter drilling phase of 2025.
