Maya HTT Expands Software Portfolio with Acquisition of Friendship Systems

Maya HTT has announced the acquisition of Friendship Systems, the company behind CAESES, a specialized platform for simulation-ready parametric geometry and optimization. This strategic move aims to enhance Maya HTT's offerings in marine, turbomachinery, aerospace, automotive, and advanced engineering sectors.

CAESES facilitates the generation of design variants and supports data-driven engineering and AI-enabled design workflows. The platform’s capabilities in producing structured design and simulation data are set to bolster Maya HTT's simulation-driven design initiatives globally. The acquisition is expected to deepen technical differentiation and extend Maya HTT's European presence with Germany becoming a key growth area.
