MBB SE Shows Strong Performance in Q1 2025
MBB SE has reported a robust start to the fiscal year 2025, with significant growth in key financial metrics. The company's sales increased by 27% year-over-year, reaching EUR 260.0 million, while EBITDA surged by 32% to EUR 29.9 million. These impressive results were largely driven by its subsidiary, Friedrich Vorwerk, which achieved a substantial increase in sales and nearly tripled its EBITDA.
The subsidiary also secured a new engineering contract for the SuedLink electricity highway, contributing further to MBB's growth trajectory. Despite some seasonal fluctuations and share buybacks, the company's net liquidity totaled EUR 466.6 million by the end of the quarter.
Looking ahead, MBB SE maintains its optimistic outlook for FY 2025, forecasting consolidated revenues between EUR 1.0 and 1.1 billion and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 11% to 14%. The Quirin Privatbank Kapitalmarktgeschäft has reaffirmed a target price of EUR 200, reiterating its Buy recommendation for MBB SE.
