Number of MEDIA 6 shares and voting rights in April 2026

MEDIA 6 published on May 4, 2026 the figures relating to its share capital and voting rights for the month of April 2026. The total number of shares stands at 2,631,250, while the theoretical and exercisable voting rights amount to 4,804,734 and 4,546,513 respectively. These figures remain constant for the months of February, March and April 2026.

Theoretical voting rights include all shares, even those without voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.
