MEDIA 6 publishes its data on voting rights

The company MEDIA 6 has revealed the number of shares making up its capital as well as the total number of voting rights, in accordance with article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. For the month of February 2024, the number of shares amounts to 2,631,250. Theoretical voting rights reach 4,804,947, while the exercisable rights are 4,547,485.

In March 2024, although the number of shares remains unchanged, a slight variation is noted in the exercisable voting rights, recorded at 4,547,474. For April, the data remains stable for shares and theoretical rights, but the rights exercisable assets decrease slightly to 4,547,382.
