Half-yearly review of Mercialys' liquidity contract
Mercialys has published the half-yearly results of its liquidity agreement with ODDO BHF SCA. As of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account contained 331,455 shares and €3,508,274.40. This compares to 345,930 shares and €2,389,808.95 when the agreement was established on January 2, 2019. As of December 31, 2024, the figures stood at 418,450 shares and €2,397,177.04.
Between January 1 and June 30, 2025, Mercialys completed 5,222 purchase transactions, representing 2,078,081 shares for a total of €22,315,998.54. Sales totaled 5,588 transactions, representing 2,165,076 shares and €23,425,827.92.
