METAVISIO: Capital increase in favor of a restricted circle of investors

METAVISIO (THOMSON Computing), listed under the code ALTHO, announced a capital increase on September 20, 2024. This transaction involves the issue of 1,648,692 shares, with the removal of preferential subscription rights for the benefit of a restricted circle of investors acting on their own behalf.

The Board of Directors approved this increase on September 18, 2024, in accordance with the authorization of the General Meeting of May 16, 2024. The nominal amount of this increase is 214,329.96 euros, with each share being issued at a price of 0.5156 euros, including an issue premium of 0.3856 euros.

Subscriptions reached a total of 850,065.60 euros, including share capital, bringing the share capital of METAVISIO to 3,808,707.11 euros, divided into 29,297,747 shares with a nominal value of 0.13 euros.
