METLEN Reports Strong Financial Results for H1 2026

METLEN Energy & Metals PLC announced a robust financial performance for the first half of 2026. The company's revenue increased by 11% to €3,987 million, up from €3,608 million in the same period of 2025, driven by growth in the Energy & Infrastructure and Concessions sectors. EBITDA reached a record €550 million, while net profit after minorities rose to €313 million, with earnings per share at €2.18.

METLEN reaffirmed its 2026 EBITDA guidance of €1.00-1.15 billion and its medium-term target of €1,920–2,080 million, signaling a return to growth. Operating cash flow reduced adjusted net debt by €728 million, lowering the net leverage ratio to 1.7x from 3.1x at the end of 2025. Strategic initiatives are advancing on schedule, including a significant agreement with a U.S. tech company and progress in legacy contracts.
