Metro Bank Holdings PLC (MTRO) a annoncé un changement dans son actionnariat majoritaire. Le 6 septembre 2024, la société a déposé un formulaire TR-1 pour notifier une acquisition ou une cession de droits de vote.
Kernow Asset Management Limited, basée à Helston, au Royaume-Uni, a annoncé avoir franchi le seuil de 3% le 5 septembre 2024. Kernow détient désormais 2,9% des droits de vote de Metro Bank, contre une position précédente de 3,2%.
La notification précise que Kernow détient 19 495 035 droits de vote au total, sans aucun droit de vote par le biais d'instruments financiers. Ce changement reflète uniquement une évolution des droits de vote directs attachés aux actions.
La société a confirmé que Kernow Asset Management Limited n'est contrôlée par aucune autre entité et ne contrôle aucune autre entreprise de Metro Bank.
