M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Announces Issue of Equity

M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc (the "Company") has announced the sale of 150,000 ordinary shares from treasury. The shares were sold on 21 June 2024, at a premium to the last published net asset value. Each share was priced at 97.08 pence.

The newly issued shares are fully paid and hold equal status with the existing shares. After this issue, the total number of shares in circulation stands at 141,694,239, excluding 3,051,532 held in treasury.

Shareholders can use this updated figure to calculate if they need to notify changes in their holding under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
