M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Announces Issue of Equity

M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc has announced the sale of 100,000 ordinary shares from treasury on 23 September 2024. These shares were sold at a price of 96.90 pence per share, a premium to the last published net asset value.

The new ordinary shares were fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing shares. Following this issue, the total number of ordinary shares in circulation is now 142,744,239, excluding 2,001,532 shares held in treasury.

Shareholders can use the updated figure for determining notifications of interest or changes in interest, as required by the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
