M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Announces Sale of Equity
M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc has announced the sale of equity on 10 June 2024. The company sold 50,000 ordinary shares held in treasury at a price of 96.87 pence per share. These shares were sold at a premium compared to the last published net asset value.
The newly issued ordinary shares are fully paid and will rank equally with the existing shares. With this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares now stands at 141,544,239, excluding 3,201,532 shares held in treasury.
