M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc (MGCI) has released an update on its total voting rights as of 31 May 2024. The issued share capital amounts to 141,444,239 Ordinary Shares, each carrying one vote per share, excluding 3,301,532 shares held in treasury.
This total number of voting rights, 141,444,239, is to be used by shareholders for calculations to determine if they need to notify changes in their interests in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
