M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Issues New Equity

M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc announced the sale of 25,000 ordinary shares from treasury at a premium. The shares were sold for 96.16 pence each. The newly issued shares were credited as fully paid and will rank equally with existing shares.

Following this transaction, the total number of issued ordinary shares is now 141,094,239, with 3,651,532 shares held in treasury. Shareholders can use this new figure to determine their interests as per the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
