M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Announces Share Issuance

On August 18, 2025, M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc (the "Company") issued 1,500,000 ordinary shares. These shares were priced at 94.60 pence each to address the ongoing demand for the Company's existing shares. All new shares are fully paid and are equal in status to the current shares.

The issuance brings the total number of ordinary shares to 189,043,740, alongside an equal number of voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury. Shareholders can use this figure to determine if there's a need to disclose or update their interest in the Company as per the FCA’s rules.
