M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Plc Issues New Shares

M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc has announced the issuance of 500,000 ordinary shares as of January 28, 2026. These shares, priced at 95.10 pence each, were issued to satisfy ongoing investor demand. The new shares will be fully paid and will rank equally with existing ordinary shares. This increases the total number of ordinary shares in circulation to 205,193,740, which is also the total number of voting rights.
