Verve Group Joins Deutsche Börse's SDAX Index
On 11 July 2025, Verve Group SE will officially join Deutsche Börse's SDAX index, marking its inclusion among the 160 most significant stocks listed in Germany. This step follows Verve's recent uplisting to the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The inclusion is set to enhance Verve's visibility and liquidity.
CEO Remco Westermann views the inclusion as a significant milestone, aiming to attract more institutional investors and increase the company's focus on international markets. A series of planned roadshows and conferences will support these efforts.
The company also announced a Capital Markets Day on 19 August 2025 to discuss its advanced business model and present its interim report for the first half of 2025.
