MHP Hotel AG Expands with New Vienna Deal
MHP Hotel AG has announced a new operational agreement for the 310-room Hotel Savoyen in Vienna's embassy district. The hotel, set to reopen as the Sheraton Vienna in early 2027, will be rebranded and refurbished. This strategic move aligns with MHP's focus on securing premium mandates in key DACH cities.
The property features 197 double rooms, 43 suites, 70 executive rooms, and a large conference floor. This addition strengthens MHP's market position in Vienna alongside Le Méridien and its boutique hotel MOOONS. The partnership with Marriott reaffirms MHP's status as a preferred operator in the region.
Financial forecasts suggest significant earnings potential, with expectations of € 25.7 million in revenue and € 2.1 million in EBITDA in the coming years. The conservative estimate targets € 14.4 million in sales for FY27. The new development supports MHP's strategy for rising revenues amid existing industry challenges.
