Miliboo voting rights and shares figures in February 2025
On March 3, 2025, Miliboo communicated the data relating to its capital structure. As of February 28, 2025, Miliboo's share capital consists of 6,930,904 shares. The theoretical total number of voting rights is 10,949,674, while the actual number is 10,888,230. These figures comply with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
The company also announces the existence of a clause in its articles of association, requiring a declaration of threshold crossing beyond the usual legal obligations. Miliboo continues to closely monitor its governance structure and share capital to maintain optimal transparency with its investors.
