Mint facing a compliance investigation by the CRE

The company Mint, specializing in eco-responsible Energy and Telecom services, is currently under investigation by the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE). This survey, targeting practices for the year 2022, aims to verify Mint's compliance with the rules of the Energy Code. Mint has already responded to the CRE's questions and is now awaiting the decision of the Dispute Resolution and Sanctions Committee (CoRDiS) regarding the continuation of the procedures. The President of the CRE has officially contacted CoRDiS, and Mint says it is confident in its ability to demonstrate its compliance with the regulations.
