Minutes of the Entech General Meeting of September 10, 2024
On September 10, 2024, Entech held its Combined General Meeting in Quimper, under the chairmanship of Christopher Franquet, CEO. On that date, 88.60% of the capital and 93.08% of the voting rights were represented.
All resolutions were adopted, including the approval of the accounts and changes to the fiscal year dates to correspond to the 2025 calendar year. Two new directors, Marie-Laure Collet and Thierry Roussel, were appointed. Collet brings her expertise in human resources and Roussel in entrepreneurship and social impact.
Other resolutions included delegations of powers for the issue of securities, the authorisation of share repurchase and the granting of stock options. The measures were approved by a clear majority.
