Minutes of the ordinary general meeting of shareholders of DBT of June 27, 2024
The ordinary general meeting of shareholders of DBT, European leader in charging stations for electric vehicles, was held on June 27 at the head office. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Hervé Borgoltz, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Shareholder participation reached 24.58% of voting shares, representing 218 shareholders, and the meeting was able to validly deliberate.
The resolutions presented by the Board of Directors were adopted. The consolidated accounts and the corporate accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023 were approved, as well as the retained earnings of the results for this financial year.
