Mister Spex SE Annual General Meeting Approves All Resolutions

Berlin, 10 June 2024 – Mister Spex SE's Annual General Meeting has adopted all resolutions as proposed by the company’s boards. The meeting saw the re-appointment of all Supervisory Board members suggested, along with the election of Claus-Dietrich Lahrs and Gil Steyaert as new Supervisory Board members. All submitted countermotions were rejected by a clear majority.

More than 75% of votes were in favor of the board's proposals. The meeting also included a presentation on the past financial year by CEO Dirk Graber, who outlined the company's future focus on lean processes and expanding its range and services in 2024.

The AGM further appointed Deloitte GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft as auditor for the financial year 2024. Additionally, the new remuneration policies for the company’s boards, including adjustments to the long-term incentive program, were approved by shareholders.

Attendance at the AGM was 76% of the share capital, a significant increase from the 51% recorded in 2023. Detailed voting results are available on Mister Spex's website.
