Mobilezone Awarded by EcoVadis

Rotkreuz, 12 June 2024 – Two business areas of Mobilezone Switzerland have been awarded medals by the sustainability assessment provider EcoVadis. The business division received a Gold medal, while the smartphone refurbishing business earned a Silver medal. These awards indicate that Mobilezone's sustainability initiatives are effective.

Markus Bernhard, CEO of Mobilezone Group, expressed satisfaction with the recognition, affirming that the company's sustainability strategy is on the right track.

Sustainability is integral to Mobilezone's corporate strategy, introduced in 2020. Key focus areas include governance and compliance, employee welfare, customer satisfaction, the smartphone lifecycle, and environmental management. The company calculated its CO2 footprint for the first time in the past year, aiming to set reduction targets. Additionally, Mobilezone remains committed to apprentice training and upholding high customer satisfaction.
