Modification of the Rights Attached to the Categories of CARMAT Shares
CARMAT, a public limited company with share capital of €1,428,179.60, located in Vélizy Villacoublay, has communicated important information concerning the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital.
As of July 31, 2024, CARMAT has declared a total of 35,704,490 shares comprising the capital. The number of gross voting rights amounts to 40,194,190, while the number of net voting rights is 40,181,384.
These figures include 157,860 shares issued as part of the equitization of a loan from the European Investment Bank and 400,000 shares from the PACEO financing line, in accordance with the press release of July 5, 2024.
